KRYLEX TRADE s.r.o. is a Czech wholesale trader of office equipment, electronics, installation and furniture, supplying resellers, integrators, schools and offices and shipping worldwide.
This policy explains what personal data we handle when you browse krylextrade.com, contact us or place a wholesale order. We are the controller of that data and we process it lawfully, fairly and transparently.
Our processing is governed by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll. on Personal Data Processing. Because we ship worldwide, we apply the same rights and safeguards to visitors and customers outside the EU/EEA.

When you request a quote or email us — your name, company, email address, delivery destination and the contents of your message.
Order & enquiry data
The products, quantities and destinations you ask about, so we can price a quote, raise a proforma invoice and arrange freight.

Your chosen currency, language and saved catalogue filters, stored locally in your browser to keep the storefront convenient.
Technical & usage data
Standard information such as browser type, approximate region and pages viewed — only where you allow analytics cookies.
We do not knowingly collect data from children, we do not sell your personal data, and we do not ask for payment card details on this site — orders are settled by bank transfer against a proforma invoice.

How long we keep data
